As a professional Running Coach, I have spent the last decade honing my coaching skills and experience in my home county of Yorkshire, working with clubs and individuals towards a common goal - to run!
I'm passionate about running, and everything that is involved to make running feel good, and enjoyable. Whether that is becoming stronger, improving nutritional strategies, working through injury or training to run further.
I have an extensive background in sports coaching, strength and conditioning and academic qualification in Sports Science, and personally long term experience in endurance sport which allows me to see training from the participants perspective.
My aim is to help athletes at all levels, through sport specific training, to improve performance, avoid injury and work to achieving their goals – principles that relate to individuals at all levels.
